Competition Terms and Conditions:

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter this competition you must:

a. be a South African citizen;

b. have the form signed and returned to school or filled in online by your Parent / Guardian.

2. This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Four Blind Mice Studio.

3. No investment in Readers are Leaders necessary.

4. If you want to enter you may:

a. send the completed “free reading assessment form” back to the school; or

b. fill in the online form at www.readersareleaders.co.za; or

c. send your scanned form, together with your name and address by e-mail to:

d. fax your form to: 031 266 1412

5. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason whatsoever.

6. The winner will be chosen in a random draw by the Management of Four Blind Mice Studio.

Management’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. To qualify for this draw the entrant must agree to AND participate in the free reading assessment.

Note: to qualify for a free reading assessment, both parents (except in the case of single parents) and the child

must be present. Parents that have already invested in the Readers are Leaders software, qualify to enter the

competition as well.

A computer to the value of R7000 will be donated to the school that FBMS decides had a good return-rate of

Free Reading Assessment forms. Each school will have a fair opportunity to participate, and the final decision will be made in relation to its total returns and “yes” returns.

8. The competition will run until March 2012, and the winner will be notified

telephonically in May 2012.

9. The winner of the competition will be announced at www.readersareleaders.co.za after the closing date.

10. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash.
